But, it is a nice reminder of just how well David Lynch creates annoying characters. Because that’s just what we need, more characters with pointless storylines to confuse the shit out of everything. Like some murder in some hotel in some place that is not Twin Peaks. While we are all waiting for Dale Cooper to turn up in Twin Peaks and drink some coffee again, random shit happens. And this is just to get him back to Earth from wherever the fuck the red room is. Except it takes THREE FUCKING EPISODES to do this. Well, it’s now 25 years on and Dale Cooper is being booted out of the red room.
TWIN PEAKS SEASON 4 COOPER SERIES
You know how, at the end of the original series of Twin Peaks, Dale Cooper (Kyle MacLachlan) was stuck in the red room and the Laura Palmer that wasn’t really Laura Palmer (Sheryl Lee) told him shit would get real again in 25 years time? Nope? Well, here’s a refresher: So, here we go, my thoughts on the shit storm of a mess that is Episodes 1-4 of Twin Peaks. I loved the first incantation of Twin Peaks, and even the second season that everyone else hated. David Lynch says what we’re all really thinking DISCLAIMER: Can I just say, before you read this, I really, really wanted to like this series.
